The motel has 48 beds disposed in 25 rooms. Each room has air conditioning and Satellite TV. There is also a restaurant, aperitif bar, exchange office and meeting room in the motel. Within this tourist complex, there is a small sports center. It includes courts for tennis, basketball and beahc volleyball, football field, kart racing, artificial lake for swimming, restaurant on the lake and concert facilities.

Restaurant “Carda” (Tavern) is situated within the complex “Jezero” (Lake) owned by Rodic MB Company. The restaurant offers the widest range of the national specialties, such as grilled dishes, meat roasted on a spit, dishes prepared under “sač” (a type of iron cover; dish is put below it and, than, it is covered with embers) and broths cooked in kettles. Besides the aforementioned dishes, the restaurant’s cuisine also prepares pizzas, sandwiches, fruit cups, ice-cream and other confections, as well as, fast food and packed lunch. Numerous concerts are held on the restaurant’s terrace in summer.
